Aman is a founding partner of the
Firm and his primary area of practice is Civil Litigation. His practice,
however, is particularly focused in the area of Employment Law, Human Rights
Advocacy and Family Law. He routinely represents his clients before various
judicial and quasi-judicial bodies.
Aman practiced law in India for
four years before immigrating to Canada. While practicing in India he acted as
counsel in numerous criminal defence matters and was also elected to the
Executive Committee of the local Bar Association.
He completed his
accreditation from the University of Western Ontario, London and articled with
a prestigious, multi-practice law firm in Ottawa's downtown core which is
well-known as one of the top labour and employment law firms in Canada.
Thereafter, for approximately 2 years, he practiced as an Associate Lawyer with
an established law firm based in downtown Brampton.
Apart from
English he is fluent in Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu.

Law Association and the Law Society of Upper Canada.
