Yuvraj is a founding
partner of the Firm and his primary area of practice is Civil Litigation.
He has a passion for personal injury litigation and routinely acts on behalf of
the plaintiffs with respect to losses arising from motor vehicle accidents,
accident benefits claims, property losses, liquor liability and occupiers
liability claims.
Yuvraj was admitted to the Bar in India in 1997 and
practiced in the field of Corporate Commercial Law. He continues with his
practice in the same field in Canada and is counsel to numerous Corporations
and Investment Firms.
He completed his Canadian accreditation by
qualifying in the challenge examinations conducted, jointly, by the Law Society
of Upper Canada and the National Committee on Accreditation.
Apart
from English he is fluent in Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu.

Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, Peel Law
Association and the Law Society of Upper Canada.
